Effective date: June 16, 2026
Fret Flow ("the app," "we," "us") is a guitar fretboard learning app. This policy explains how the app handles information. Fret Flow is designed to work entirely on your device.
Fret Flow does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We have no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics or advertising.
With your permission, Fret Flow uses your device's microphone to detect the notes you play in real time. Audio is processed live on your device for pitch detection and is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere.
If you connect a MIDI instrument, Fret Flow reads note input from it to power practice. This data stays on your device and is not stored or transmitted.
Your practice progress and settings are stored locally on your device only. Removing the app deletes this data.
If you enable practice reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. No data leaves your device to do this.
Fret Flow does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any.
We may update this policy; changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
